What Onvelas holds

When a practice connects its Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Facebook Page or Instagram account, Onvelas keeps an encrypted access token and daily counts — views, clicks, calls, direction requests, engagement, followers, website visits and where they came from. It never reads comments, reviews, messages, post content, page addresses or visitor identifiers. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Facebook and Instagram

Either of these removes Onvelas’s access straight away:

  • In Onvelas, open Settings → Social and choose Disconnect on the Facebook Page or Instagram row.
  • In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove Onvelas. Facebook tells us, and we delete the access token.

To have the counts deleted as well, send a deletion request from the same Business integrations screen. Facebook gives you a confirmation code; enter this page’s address with ?code= and that code to see that it is done.

Google Business Profile and Google Analytics

  • In Onvelas, open Settings → Social and choose Disconnect. Onvelas deletes the token and gives the access back to Google.
  • Or remove Onvelas at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Anything else

To delete counts Onvelas has already read, or for any other request, write to support@onvelas.com from the practice’s account email.
