Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Onvelas platform and website (the “Service”) by the organization that registers for an account (“Customer”) and its authorized users. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Onvelas provides practice management software for ABA providers, including scheduling, clinical documentation, authorizations, billing, and revenue cycle tools. The Service is a software tool: it does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or billing advice, and the Customer remains solely responsible for clinical decisions, claim accuracy, coding, and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
- Customer is responsible for its users’ credentials and activity.
- No attempts to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or misuse the Service.
- No use of the Service in violation of applicable law, including HIPAA.
- Onvelas may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
4. PHI & the Business Associate Agreement
Where Customer is a HIPAA covered entity (or business associate), the parties will execute a Business Associate Agreement before PHI is processed on the Service. The BAA governs PHI and prevails over these Terms with respect to PHI. See our BAA page.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly at the published or contracted rate. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed. Onvelas does not charge per-claim fees on published plans. Customer may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
6. Customer data
Customer retains all rights to data entered into the Service. Onvelas processes Customer data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and any BAA. Upon termination, Customer may export its data; Onvelas will delete or return Customer data in accordance with the BAA and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onvelas’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the account owner; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
